Mission Ancho

Hot Crowd is a 501(c)3 non for profit Chicago-based modern dance company located in Logan Square whose goal is to stimulate and inspire dancers and non-dancers alike through innovative movement, community interaction and accessibility to strengthen and spread the art of modern dance throughout the Chicagoland area and beyond.

Hot Crowd creates new work each season choreographed by company members and commissioned by guest choreographers. Hot Crowd's work can be viewed on Vimeo.

Choreography Forums are a fun opportunity for the public to influence the movement that Hot Crowd makes.  People complete survey's and vote through polls on Hot Crowd's social media and newsletters about dance topics they wish to see. The most popular ideas win. Hot Crowd artists take the idea, create, & post finished products. All choreography forums can be viewed on Social Media & Vimeo.
